Welcome!

Thank you for checking out my page. I’m a licensed psychologist with a background in clinical and school psychology and extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

My therapy approach is person-centered and collaborative, as I believe that our well-being and ability to make meaningful changes in our lives grows within trusting, authentic relationships and within community. I value and center my clients’ experiences and perspectives, and I see my role as one of support and guidance toward the goals that matter most to them.

I approach my work with compassion and curiosity, and I strive to create a relaxed and inclusive space where clients feel they can be themselves while also feeling understood and valued.

I offer space within the therapy process to name and acknowledge social, political, and historical factors and the ways they may be impacting clients’ lives or exacerbating the difficulties they are experiencing. Within this process, I encourage meaningful reflection on client strengths, values, and influence within their lives and communities.

I have an enduring interest in neuroscience and an appreciation for the various ways that we make sense of our life experiences, connect with others, and find our way. I prioritize ongoing learning, critical consciousness, and cultural humility as personal and professional values.

I am currently offering individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in-person at my Edina office and via telehealth.  I welcome clients from early childhood through adulthood, and I am licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Areas of Specialization: anxiety, ADHD, autism, child and adolescent mental health, depression, developmental disabilities, emotional regulation in childhood, executive function coaching, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, parent coaching, perinatal and parental mental health, separation anxiety, sleep difficulties in young children, life transitions.

Stay tuned! I will soon be offering neuropsychological evaluations for children and adults, including evaluations for ADHD.
